Shipping policy

If you are outside of Australia and NZ and would like to make a purchase, please contact us and we will be more than happy to provide you with a quote for shipping to your country.

RURAL ADDRESSES PLEASE NOTE:

If you are rural, please select the rural option at the checkout otherwise dispatch will be delayed until we have arranged your correct payment.

Your goods will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving your order. We do not ship on weekends or on public holidays, so any orders placed on a Friday afternoon/Saturday/Sunday will go out the following Monday.

Please make sure you enter your shipping address correctly as once it has been received, and your product has been dispatched we cannot alter the address - we will have to on-charge the applicable postage rate to resend.

We offer FREE shipping for all NZ orders over $80 in value.

NZ Standard $6.50

This is our flat rate for north and south island non rural addresses.

NZ Rural $9

If you are rural and don't select this option your order will not be processed.

AUSTRALIA

We offer FREE shipping for all AUS orders over $150 NZD in value.

AUS Standard $20 NZD

Please be mindful that we have already heavily discounted shipping rates to make shopping with us online more affordable. Please contact us should you have any questions.
